Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of America, and South Atlantic; Reef Fish Fishery of the Gulf and Coastal Migratory Pelagic Fishery of the Gulf and Atlantic Region; Request for an Exempted Fishing Permit

NMFS announces the receipt of an application for an exempted fishing permit (EFP) to support cooperative research activities funded by the NOAA RESTORE Science Program to verify, characterize, monitor, and model multi-species fish spawning aggregations in Federal waters of the Gulf of America (Gulf). This notice gives the public an opportunity to review the application and provide comments to NMFS regarding the request for an EFP.
